Welcome to bippo.shop. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bippo.shop. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

"Platform": Refers to bippo.shop, including all its web properties, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.

"User": Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform for ordering food or browsing services.

"Vendor": Food truck owners, restaurants, or food service providers registered on bippo.shop.

"Order": Any transaction or attempted transaction between Users and Vendors.

3. Enhanced Privacy & Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • End-to-end encryption for payment processing
  • Regular security audits and compliance checks

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of bippo.shop or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

5. Vendor Responsibility & Monitoring

  • bippo.shop acts as a platform to connect Users with Vendors but does not directly monitor or control Vendors.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their food and services.
  • bippo.shop does not guarantee food quality, delivery times, or service levels provided by Vendors.

6. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bippo.shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Food quality or delivery issues
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Billing and Payments

  • Users must pay all applicable charges for their orders as per the pricing listed on the platform by Vendor
  • Payments in form of subscriptions (applicable to Vendor only) are securely processed through third-party payment gateways; bippo.shop does not store credit card details.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Vendor’s refund and cancellation policies.
  • bippo.shop does not process refunds directly; users must contact the Vendor for any refund requests.
  • In case of billing disputes, users should first reach out to the Vendor for resolution.
  • Vendors are responsible for accurate pricing and tax compliance; bippo.shop does not handle Vendor or User taxation.
